A trusted lineup of local midlife-minded providers
The Midlife Bench is a trusted lineup of local, midlife-minded clinicians, practitioners, and resources — built from direct recommendations shared with NEWH by women across our broader community.
Like a sports team, a bench gives you more than one player for every position. You’re not left scrambling when something changes; you have a lineup to choose from.
NEWH does not rate, rank, or review providers. We only share practitioners who have been personally recommended to us or submitted directly to NEWH.
How the Directory Works
NEWH’s directory is built entirely from community input. Every listing begins with a personal recommendation — a provider someone has seen, knows, and trusts. Nothing is scraped, rated, or ranked.
Providers are organized into twelve categories so women can find care that fits their needs. Each listing includes the provider’s name, location, and website.
The directory will continue to evolve as our community grows. As new recommendations come in, we update the listings and expand the information available. Over time, the full directory will also migrate to this website for easier access.
Our weekly NEWH newsletter, In Network, highlights area clinicians, practitioners, and businesses and emerging insights into how each supports women in midlife.
The fall semester of In Network runs from September 8, 2025 to December 10, 2025.
Directory Categories
NEWH releases each directory category once it reaches a minimum of 4 to 5 community-submitted names. This ensures women have real options before a category goes live.
