Celebrating National Family Caregivers Month

  • Monmouth County Library Headquarters, Lower Gallery Manalapan, NJ (map)

Family caregiving can bring emotional, physical, and practical challenges. In recognition of National Family Caregivers Month, this program will offer strategies for managing stress, setting boundaries, and maintaining personal wellbeing while caring for a loved one.

Participants will learn about local caregiving resources, take part in an interactive discussion, and receive practical tools to help navigate their caregiving responsibilities.
