NEWH is a local-first, community-built network dedicated to trustworthy midlife health resources. We’re building the directory we all needed but couldn’t find — grounded in evidence, community trust, and the realities of women’s lives.

Many women don’t know where to begin when looking for midlife-specific care. There’s too much information, not enough guidance, and most options feel scattered or hard to evaluate. NEWH brings clarity by organizing trusted, local recommendations so women can find support that’s reliable, accessible, and aligned with real midlife needs.

NEWH brings three ideas to life:

• A community-built directory of trusted resources, contributed by women in Central New Jersey.

• A framework for enriched health, rooted in evidence and midlife women’s real experiences.

• A social network that makes these ideas usable — through weekly spotlights, events, and community connection.

NEWH was created by Caroline Angel, PhD, RN, a nurse-scientist committed to bringing clarity, connection, and trustworthy care to women in midlife.
